What is the Environmental Bond Act?
Proposal 1 removes the constitutional debt limitation currently imposed upon small city school districts. VOTE YES!
Proposal 2 would extend, until January 1, 2034, the authority of counties, cities, towns, and villages to exclude from their constitutional debt limits indebtedness contracted for the construction and reconstruction of facilities for the conveyance, treatment and disposal of sewage. VOTE YES!
